Our installation service starts with an assessment of the current Hardware and Software infrastructure to verify the environment is "certified" ensuring ongoing support will be provided after the install is complete. Installation services include database setup and installation, physical and logical application Server and Web Server setup.
We understand that your environment is unique; our seasoned staff will work with your IT staff as well as the vendor to overcome installation challenges, if necessary. After the installation is complete, our TIS consultants will validate that the major components of the application execute, as well as ensure the "required for installation" patches, fixes, and bundles have been applied. Finally, the TIS Installer documents major decisions made during the installation process.
