Intrusion Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking bright and motivated Intrusion Analyst. The Intrusion Analyst is responsible for supporting all security and compliance activities within CedarCrestone for both US and overseas operations, but whose primary role is managing the detection and response capabilities related to information security events occurring on CCI assets. This position is working out of our Alpharetta office.

General Duties/Tasks:
The Intrusion Analyst will support response teams and assist with investigations during security incidents as well as:

  • Design, evaluate, develop, and manage technical systems to support and maintain the detection capability for security events on the CedarCrestone corporate infrastructure
  • Evaluate and review security device logs for possible intrusions
  • Penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and occasional social engineering testing of CedarCrestone networks and resources
  • Develop and implement automation process where possible to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Perform network and system forensics during incident response

In addition to both the technical roles above, the role of Intrusion Analyst is responsible for auditing CedarCrestone detection systems to ensure CedarCrestone remains compliant with required state, federal, and international regulations as they pertain to information security.

  • Perform firewall, network, and host audits to ensure detection technology is operating accordingly

We are seeking bright and motivated Senior Winserver Administrators. Accepted candidates will work out of our Alpharetta, GA office Monday through Friday. The Senior Winserver Administrator performs a wide variety of tasks in software/hardware maintenance and operational support of Microsoft Windows based server systems. They are responsible for maintaining multiple Windows 2003/2008 domains including all hosted client environments.

These responsibilities include maintaining all server operating systems, system security, Microsoft 2003/2008 servers, Microsoft 2003/2008 clusters using SAN technology, and maintaining a disaster recovery site for emergency fail-over of all client applications.

The Senior WinServer Administrator recommends and implements LAN policies and standards, ensuring adherence to security procedures. They also provide guidance and training to junior level administrators, help train end users on LAN operations and procedures and develop operating procedures, instruction and training, and required documentation.

Job Functions:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows 2003 and 2008 server operating systems
